Effective Exercises That Can Be Performed In The Room

With the ever-increasing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, the gyms are closing down, and it is a wise decision to choose to stay at home. But does that mean that you need to forget your workout and let go of the dream of getting a perfect body? Not! Here is a list of the top exercises in the room (ท่า ออกกำลัง กาย ใน ห้อง, which is the term in Thai) that you can do from the comfort of your room to stay fit while staying healthy!

1. Triceps Dips

Stand with your back facing a sturdy chair > Place your hands on the edge of a chair in such a way that the fingertips face towards you > Extend both your legs in front of you > slowly lower and raise yourself by only bending your elbows > do 15 reps. This is one of the best exercises in the room which can be performed.

2. Lunge to Front Kick

Begin in a lunge with your right leg extended behind you > kick it front > Return to lunge position > repeat 15 times on each side.

3. Leg Circles for Glutes

Kneel> Extend your right leg sideways while you place your left-hand flat on the ground next to you > Make circles with your glutes > reverse directions > Do 15 reps on each side.

4. Walking Push-Ups

Assume a push-up position > place one hand a few inches in front of the other > Do a push-up > move the other hand a few inches forward > Repeat 15 times.

5. Overhead Presses

Take a weighted object > stand with your feet hip-width apart > raise the weight above your head and then bend your arms to bring it closer to your head > repeat 15 times.

6. Luggage Rows

Fill in your luggage > stand with your feet hip-width apart > Bend your knees > lean forward > Grab the luggage and your elbows towards your rib cage for a row > repeat 15 times.

 7. Plank:

 All you need is just a minute or two if you are a beginner, and your plank will be done. Put your elbows on the ground and let your elbows take your body’s entire wait, and lie straight. Hold in the position for a minute. You can repeat the same 2-3 times.

Perform these exercises in the room to get your desired summer body from the safety of your home!
