This is an introduction to my own experience with feeling and knowing the “7 Energy Bodies,” which I learned about from the wonderful enlightened fellow Osho. My background is in science, and as I encountered each of these energy milieus, I realized the scientific basis of each.ShungaBliss is my name for feeling the ecstasy of your consciousness and for even knowing the Emptiness itself, which we call Enlightenment. It needs no deities, and it doesn’t require adherence to any brand of mythological thinking. Ecstasy is available to all of us. It’s been there all of the time, but our cultures and our educational systems just didn’t know how to focus our awareness on the riches just wafting into our noses. You could call this the Pizza Lovers Guide To Enlightenment because it’s joyful, not ascetic. You’ll laugh when I convince you that science, pure 21st century physics and nothing more, is the key to bliss.Science is the paradigm of the age. Invisible supernatural beings are not. ShungaBliss says we don’t have to try and reconcile childish stories with everything we’ve learned in 500 years of scientific exploration. Physicists now know that the entire Existence is vibrating in 11 dimensions. That fact alone is the take-off point for flying into the Existence of your feelings and of the Universe’s feelings, as wellI hope you enjoy reading this little book as much as I enjoyed writing it. It’s not just a book for your head, but an invitation to join me for ShungaBliss Workshops, too. Don’t just look at the pizza - Take a bite! Thanks so much! I hope to hear from you -John LevinJune 2014
